The process typically starts with project requirements, site information and the preferred court model. Our team then confirms the court configuration, quantity, accessories, packaging and shipping requirements before preparing a quotation and technical specification. After confirmation, production, quality inspection and export packaging are arranged according to the agreed project schedule.
Our padel courts use 12mm tempered safety glass, designed for padel court applications and high-impact sports environments. The glass provides clear visibility, reliable safety performance and strong resistance to impact during regular play. Combined with our durable steel court structure, the 12mm tempered safety glass provides a stable and professional playing enclosure for both indoor and outdoor padel projects.
Our padel court structures can be manufactured using Q235 steel with hot-dip galvanizing and outdoor powder coating, depending on the selected model and project specification. The steel structure is engineered and manufactured as part of the complete court system, with component dimensions, connection details and surface treatment specified according to the project requirements.
AKEEPO offers Panoramic, Full Panoramic, Classic and Mobile Padel Court options. Panoramic courts balance glass visibility and project cost, Full Panoramic courts focus on a more open premium appearance, Classic courts provide a practical and cost-effective configuration, while Mobile Padel Courts are designed for flexible installation and relocation. Our team can recommend a suitable configuration based on the site, application and project budget.
The standard padel court size for doubles play is 20m × 10m, measured from the inside of the court enclosure. Our standard court models are available in this configuration for commercial and recreational projects. For singles play, our Panoramic Padel Court can also be configured at 20m × 6m, providing a more compact solution for dedicated singles courts or space-limited projects. Additional space around the court may be required for access, maintenance and player movement.
